Technology Accreditation
What is Accreditation?
Accreditation is granted by an accrediting body to educational programs which are regularly reviewed to determine if they meet certain standards of quality – standards specifically required by the rigors of the profession itself.
Why is Accreditation Important?
Accreditation serves as a confirmation and guarantee that a certain educational program has met the necessary standards to ensure that graduates of that program will be properly trained, competent and ready to enter that profession. Students who graduate from accredited programs that are recognized by the profession often find better employment opportunities.
